We are proud to be an owner-managed, family recruitment business. Our intention has always been to remain a boutique recruitment consultancy, agile and flexible, ensuring we always personally manage every client relationship.

Founded in 2018, Tonic Healthcare Recruitment was set up by Bec Williams. This followed 16 years healthcare recruitment experience, building and leading teams operating in the UK and Europe, working with a wide range of health & social care organisations. Bec has built Tonic Healthcare Recruitment’s client base to include care organisations including privately owned care providers, national high-profile charities and some of the UK’s most well-known social care organisations. This includes recruitment for care providers including supported living providers, learning disabilities & complex care, residential care, homecare, mental health, children’s services and community-based healthcare.

Alongside Bec is her husband Lewis Williams. Before Tonic Healthcare Recruitment, Lewis’s recruitment career started in 2001. In that time he has held company Directorships and driven the growth of several businesses, as well as remaining hands-on working with companies ranging from start-ups to global organisations.  His experience includes healthcare, technology, professional services and other sectors. Over the years Lewis has filled many high profile vacancies for Directors, Regional Managers, Bid Managers & BDMs, Heads of Finance, Directors of People, Heads of Service, Engagement Managers and more in social care, public health, integrated lifestyle services, healthcare technology and more.
