About Us
Our Story
Founded in 2018, Tonic Healthcare Recruitment was set up by Bec Williams. This follows 16 years healthcare recruitment experience, building and leading teams operating in the UK and Europe, working with a wide range of health & social care organisations.
Alongside Bec is her husband Lewis Williams. His career in recruitment started in 2001, working with companies ranging from start-ups to FTSE 100 organisations. His experience includes positions in senior management, IT, e-commerce/marketing and finance.
