We are currently recruiting for a fast-growth healthcare provider, who due to ongoing rapid expansion have created a new senior management opportunity. The successful applicant will oversee a region including several teams delivering life-changing programmes of public health services within the community. You will be leading a talented team of service managers and ensuring the effective delivery of services within the division.

The services are located in the North West/Greater Manchester area and also in the Birmingham/West Midlands area. Realistically someone can be based anywhere in, or between these areas as they will be working from home.

Senior Manager – Regional Manager – Public Health, Community based integrated health services. Based from home – FLEXIBLE LOCATION – but covering services in the Midlands & North West . 

My client is a fast-growth private healthcare provider, due to further contract wins and new service openings is looking for an experienced manager to oversee several teams delivering public health services in the community. 

You will oversee four teams, each with their own service manager, across a wide region. The services include a range of integrated public health solutions (weight management, lifestyle and behaviour changes, smoking cessation etc), which are reaching out into groups within the community who will greatly benefit from their services. 

You will be able to lead and inspire a dispersed team, and your relationship-building skills allowing you to further develop productive relationships with a range of internal & external stakeholders, commissioners, and third parties. You will have a passion for the delivery of high quality services, with excellent levels of quality and governance oversight, and be keen to further the develop and extend their services being offered.
